Kosciusko County Jail Bookings
On April 19th, Carlton Joseph Harwood, 54, of 9631 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on charges of theft and strangulation.
On April 21st, Ambrotin Lee Arnold Jr., 21, and Autumn Sharease Helblig, 32, of 1398 E., were also booked. Specific addresses were not listed for both individuals.
David Ruelas III, 42, of 801 Cherry Tree Lane, Rochester, was booked on April 4th on a warrant from Miami County.
Gregory Dale Snelling, 35, of 1200 W. Ninth St., Rochester, faced charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia, also booked on April 4th.

On April 14th, Damion Cole Franklin, 30, of 705 E. Fourth St., Lot 72, Rochester, was booked for interfering in the reporting of a crime, and was released on his own recognizance. Scarlett Angelique Kiefer, 32, of 5014 Kirkshire Drive, South Bend, was booked on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana.
David Daniel Rotzien III, 51, of 2923 Hope Ave. 121, South Bend, and William Carl Kaiser, 81, of 7594 S. 325E, Macy, were booked on April 9th on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended.
On April 27th, Sebastian Cano, 22, of 2621 Wayside Court, Warsaw, was booked for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Deja Daniella Myers, 25, of 2401 Miner St. 4, Fort Wayne, faced charges of possession of marijuana and driving while suspended prior.
Dawn Marie Sweet, 50, of 8249 E. Wade Lane, North Webster, was booked on April 17th for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. Jesse Lee Lemaster, 43, of 5756 E. Channel Road, Warsaw, was booked the same day for possession of marijuana with a prior and possession of paraphernalia.
On April 20th, Katherine Margaret Fassett, 27, of 3714 S. Joseph St., South Bend, was booked on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended. On April 23rd, Raekwon A. Riley, 25, of 105 Camelot Court, Bolingbrook, Ill., was booked for dealing and possession of cocaine or narcotics and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/savia.
Elkhart, Fulton, Noble, and Marshall County Jail Bookings

On April 6th, Jacob Rangel Lindo, 40, of 12681 S. 500W, Silver Lake, was booked for failure to appear. Jasmine Sue Davis, 23, of 3451 W. 100S, Warsaw, was booked for driving while suspended prior, also on April 6th.
Pullin, 69, with no address listed, was booked for criminal trespass and two counts of public intoxication on the same date.
On April 21st, Justin O'Neal Eddie Jackson, of 1100 Park Road, Rochester, was booked for driving while suspended with a prior. Danielle Anne Ruff, 49, of PO Box 8255, South Bend, was booked on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended.
On April 17th, Terry Ward, 62, of Columbia City, was booked for driving while suspended, resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, and two counts of failure to return to lawful detention. Austin Echeman, 25, of Columbia City, was booked for neglect of a dependent, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
In May, Peyton Landon Ressler, 18, of Columbia City, was booked on May 13th for possession of a controlled substance and theft. Tavion Lee Foster, 20, also of Columbia City, faced charges of criminal confinement and battery. Jeffery Allen Hutcherson, 64, of Warsaw, was booked on a bond revocation, also on May 13th.
On April 23rd, Isaiah A. Hamilton, 29, of 203 Stonewell Court, Apt., and Tara Rae Stephens, 40, of 2160 S. SR 19, Mentone, were booked. Stephens faced charges of operating with a controlled substance in her body and possession of meth.
On April 12th, Megan Kneller, 32, of Columbia City, was booked for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and two counts of neglect of a dependent. Daniel Shipley, 47, of Columbia City, was booked for failure to appear. Lawrence Woods, 34, of Warsaw, faced charges of invasion of privacy, on April 10th.
Additional bookings include Terry Lougene Roberts, 37, of Larwill, booked on April 28th for driving while suspended and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. Sarah Mae Born, 36, of Columbia City, was booked on April 28th for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance.
On April 12th, Ricky Allen Snelling, 36, Jr., of 3171 E. 400N, Rochester, was booked for intimidation with a deadly weapon, resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. Brandon Robert Chambers, 30, of Warsaw, was booked on April 25th for public nudity and public intoxication.
On April 10th, Quentin Rayne Nichols, 25, of 2183 W. 500N, Rochester, was booked for leaving the scene of a crash with bodily injury while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, criminal mischief, and interfering with a law enforcement animal.
